Tenchi Muyo, Universe,
and in Tokyo
This has got to be one of the
funniest and best animes around. This series has action when there
needs to be, but the part I like the best is the sheer funniness
of it. The one reason that I don't like this anime is because it
is too short. If the producers had only gone a few hundred more
episodes...
The Tenchi series is about a young boy, Tenchi Masaki who inherits
alien powers from his grandfather and is always under barrage by a
group of alien girls that look human, including the very insulting
Princess Aeka, the even more insulting space pirate Ryoko, the
perfect Sasami, the genius Washu, the bumbling Mihoshi, and the
job crazy Kinoa. Talk about weird!
